A method and a system for coating an inner face of a fine tube, a fine tube of which an inner face is coated, and a cannula manufactured from a fine tube of which an inner face is coated with gold are provided to manufacture a cannula by cutting the fine tube after coating gold on an inner wall of a fine tube made of stainless steel and used for manufacturing the cannula by an electroplating method. A system(10) for coating an inner face of a fine tube comprises: an electrolyte tank(13) in which a plating material is mounted in a state that an anode is applied to the plating material; an electrolyte circulating pipe(15) which is connected to the electrolyte tank, and through which an electrolyte is circulated; an electrolyte circulating pump(14) installed on an intermediate part of the electrolyte circulating pipe to circulate the electrolyte; a fine tube joining part(11) and a fine tube connecting part(12) for connecting the electrolyte circulating pipe to both ends of a fine tube respectively; and an electrode wire(17) which is installed within the fine tube as a plating object, and to which an anode is applied, the electrode wire including an electric wire(171) covered with an insulating covering(172) having a plurality of holes(173) formed in a surface thereof. The system further comprises an air pump(16) which is connected to the fine tube joining part, and which injects air into the fine tube such that the air along with the electrolyte are injected into the fine tube during plating.
