A check-up device for checking deformation of a variable partition in a water treatment plant is provided to help an administrator take actions on the deformation of the variable partition. A check-up device for checking deformation of a variable partition(14) in a water treatment plant(10) includes a deformation diagnosis unit(20), fixing units(30,30a), and a diagnosis operation rod(40). The deformation diagnosis unit is fixed on the variable partition and has a diagnosis bar. The diagnosis bar moves back and forth in case deformation of the variable partition occurs. The fixing units fix both ends of the diagnosis operation rod. The diagnosis operation rod has push switch, which has push bars pushed by the diagnosis bar so that information on the deformation is transmitted to a terminal of an administrator.
