An aluminum circuit breaker box for an ultra-high voltage gas insulated switchgear of a current transformer box integral type is provided to be manufactured easily and minimize an error occurrence rate by integrally forming a current transformer box with an aluminum mold. An aluminum circuit breaker box for an ultra-high voltage gas insulated switchgear of a current transformer box integral type includes a circuit breaker box(11), a flange unit(12a,13a), an upper/lower current transformer box(12,13), and a connection unit(14). The circuit breaker box is molded with aluminum. The flange unit is integrally formed on an upper/lower unit. The upper/lower current transformer box is integrally formed on an upper part of an outer circumference plane of the circuit breaker box. The flange unit is integrally formed on the upper/lower current transformer box. A stepped unit of the upper/lower current transformer box is integrally formed by the connection unit.
