FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of meat and vegetable preserved food for space meals. Suggested variants of method include recipe components. Onions, paprika and hot pepper are cut, blanched and ground in mincer. Garlic, black olives and carrots are blanched and ground in mincer. Fresh green peas and parsley are frozen and ground in mincer. Chicken meat and sugar corn are ground in mincer. Rice is boiled until mass doubles and ground in mincer. Specified components are mixed with melted butter, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt, lemon juice and CO2-extract of biomass of preset type of micromycete. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, they are sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.;41 cl
