METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF PHARMACOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS ACTION ON LOCAL FACTORS OF PROTECTION OF HUMAN BODY ON EXAMPLE OF PATIENTS WITH BRONCHOPULMONARY DISEASES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: before treatment with a pharmacological preparation, spectrophotometrically define enzymatic activity of the phagocytes allocated from the patient, stimulated and non-stimulated with bacteria. The given activity is defined using not less than 5 fermental systems. In addition define enzymatic activity of the same phagocytes at healthy people. Then count an indicator of reserve possibilities of phagocytes for each fermental system under the formula: where OPD - optical density of phagocytes, stimulated with the bacteria (OD×10^-3), OPDinit non-stimulated phagocytes (OD×10^-3), where IRP - an indicator of reserve possibilities of phagocytes. The obtained indicators of reserve possibilities of phagocytes are compared with the indicators of reserve possibilities of phagocytes of healthy people and, according the changes, estimate action of a pharmacological preparation on local factors of protection.;EFFECT: method allows to estimate objectively in short terms the dynamics of indicators of local immunity for correct usage of preparations and to raise reliability of an estimation of action of a pharmacological preparation.;2 cl, 6 tbl, 4 ex
