The invention relates to devices for applying metal coverings when used as deposited ferromagnetic metal powders intended for rebuilding worn parts of the "shaft" electric discharges in a magnetic field.; The technical result consists in improving the quality of the formed metal coating, while avoiding the sticking of the ferromagnetic powder in the reduction zone, as well as increased device performance.; The technical result is reached by that in an apparatus for recovery of parts such as "shaft" ferromagnetic powder containing preform hopper coil with a core, a pole piece and a sliding contact in the hopper is further installed an electromagnetic coil connected via terminals to an external power source, with the polarity change at the terminals which is achieved or demagnetize the powder in the hopper, which allows the powder flow continuously elapsing from the hopper into the reduction zone; or magnetization, allowing the powder to stop the flow in the reduction zone.
