The freeze-dried herb mat (1) for cosmetic treatment, comprises two layers (2, 3) that are made of a planar non-woven textile structure and that are included in between an intermediate space, which is sub divided into chambers (5, 8) filled with herbs by lock stitch seams (4). Each adjacent chamber is separated from each other by an area (10) that is not filled with herbs. The area that is not filled with herbs is separated without destroying the adjacent chambers. The lock stitch seams connects the layers together that are arranged one above the other. Each adjacent chamber is separated from each other by an area (10) that is not filled with herbs. The area that is not filled with herbs is separated without destroying the adjacent chambers. The lock stitch seams connects the layers together that are arranged one above the other. The formed chambers do not exhibit larger dimensions than the area filled with herbs. Double lock stitch seams run constantly from an edge of the herb mat up to opposite or adjacent edge of the herb mat. The chambers are limited by seams, which form closed circles/squares. The areas that are not filled with herbs are provided with a perforation. The perforation extends from an edge of the herb mat up to an opposite or adjacent edge. The chambers are formed in the form of polygon by an irregular arrangement of double lock stitch seams. The intermediate space is filled with herb mixture from chamomile, horsetail, lady's mantle, rosemary and yarrow. Two groups of lock stitch seams exhibit in each case different direction. The double lock stitch seams belonging to two different groups cross each other.
