The device consists of a peg (11) with a point on its lower flattened end that is inserted into an essentially vertical tubular opening in the prefabricated part (5) until reaching the solid base underneath the still soft concrete and a fixing mechanism with which the peg is reversibly fixed onto the prefabricated part. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method of making a gravel-free railway track superstructure (B) and a gage for implementing the inventive method.
