The lattice element (1) has a clamping connector (7) with a base body (9). A pivoting base of the base body is inserted into the groove of a profiled rail and is provided with a recess for accommodation of a lattice bar. Lateral projections of the pivoting base are provided at groove projections of the profile groove. The pivoting base is attached to the base body that is penetrated through a diagonally arranged tapped hole. A head of a clamping screw (8) overlaps a clamping groove (18) in the base body.
