The connection has main boreholes (7, 8) provided with radially inwards projecting lugs (9). A plastic deformable pipe (10) is deformed by a bulging process such that flanges have a friction force conclusive, fixed and insolvable connection between a wall of the pipe and the boreholes. The lugs are pressed in the bulged wall of the pipe. The lugs are spaced apart in a circumferential direction in the bore holes such that distances between the lugs is equal to or larger than expansion of the lugs in the circumferential direction.
