The tool has the form or geometry of technical drawing set-square with a lower scraper edge (50r) and a vertical scraping edge (50s) that intersect at the corner. Further claimed is a process to finish the horizontal surface of a staircase (100) with tiles using the leveling tool and to level surface sealant.
