The method involves selecting services through a user of a terminal e.g. mobile phone, and transferring selection of the services and credit card information to a central system. An electronic credit item is directly transmitted to a vendor of the services. Clear acknowledgement information is produced, and is transferred to the terminal that prints out the latter information. The latter information is tested through the services by a mobile terminal or a stationary terminal, in which the latter information is transmitted to the system to yield an acknowledgement of the latter information. An independent claim is also included for system for controlling a terminal.
