The emitter layer has a metal-organic triplet emitter, which is transferred from base condition in a triplet exiton by energy absorption. Another metal-organic triplet emitter is transferred from base condition in a triplet condition by dexter process by coupling with the triplet exiton of the former triplet emitter and which emits light in the base condition during reverse crossover from the triplet condition.
