The pump (100) has a compression unit driven by a motor unit to drive a fluid entering and exiting via a valve unit with a membrane valve (106) and a valve base (108). An output valve has an inner wall that contacts an external upper surface of cylinders, and an input valve with an outer wall that contacts internal upper surface of circular concave sections. The fluid is respectively output and input via an inlet/outlet passage, an outlet curvature and an output valve and via a centrifugal channel, the input valve and the passage, when the compression unit is compressed and decompressed.
