The method involves forming a vane in a preform in an inner diameter stage from a staged blank (1) with three diameter stages (5, 6, 7), and bulging a valve disc horizontally to the large diameter stage at an end of a round material. The round material is fine-forged to the staged blank through round hammers. The vane is formed in a region of the middle diameter stage of the blank by horizontal bulging. Heating of the blank is implemented inductively. An independent claim is also included for a valve with a vane.
