摘要
Doubly transgenic nonhuman mammal (M1) has a genome including a protooncogene sequence (I) and an oncogene sequence (II), each linked to regulatory sequences. Independent claims are also included for: (1) tissue, cells or cell components from M1 with an increased probability of forming tumors; (2) producing M1 by mating two singly transgenic mice, one having sequence (I) and the other having sequence (II), and genotyping and selecting the resulting doubly transgenic mice, provided that the cells of M1 express the proteins encoded by (I) and (II); (3) producing tissue, cells or cell components by producing M1 as above, taking tissue from the mammal, optionally culturing the tissue and optionally isolating cells or cell components; (4) transgenic nonhuman mammal (M2) for producing M1, whose cells express the protein encoded by the protooncogene c-myc; (5) producing M2 by introducing a c-myc/alpha1-antitrypsin fusion gene into an expression vector, introducing the vector into the pronuclei of fertilized egg cells, implanting the egg cells into a parent animal, and genotyping and selecting the resulting progeny; (6) tissue from M2 with an increased probability of forming tumors; (7) recombinant DNA expression vector comprising a c-myc/alpha1-antitrypsin fusion gene sequence (S1), a surfactant protein C promoter domain by means of which transcription of S1 is regulated, and a SV40 sequence; (8) tumor cell clone whose genome includes DNA sequences (I) and (II), each linked to regulatory sequences.
