The method involves utilizing all types of injection molded or pressed fluorine-elastomer compounds as material. A groove is provided in an outer region of a bipolar plate, and a temperature-resistant sealing is inserted into the groove before the manufacturing process. The sealing is stably positioned in the material during the manufacturing process, and a material made of fluorine-elastomer is utilized as the sealing and is produced from injection molded or pressed fluorine-elastomer. A rod is provided in the outer region of the plate, and leaves the groove in the plate after assembling.
