The accumulator has a folded cover connected to a device (6) and is unfolded from the drive engaged at the cover. The air is aspirated and the parts of the surface involved at the folding of the cover are not changed in form and size in the folding area. After disconnecting the drive (5), with the weight force (G), it compresses the air enclosed inside the perpendicular accumulator cover and compacting upto the equivalent counter pressure (p2) for affecting weight force.
