The airship has an impeller fan evacuating an internal space of a spherical ship while simultaneously blowing steam into a ballonet mounted within the spherical ship, where the steam is supplied by a stationary stem generator. The steam is formed as buoyant gas in such a manner that the buoyant gas is kept at a pressure lower than that of an external atmospheric pressure. A cooling circuit evaporates water condensed in the ballonet for regulating an inner pressure of the spherical ship.
