The lamp (10) has an adjusting device (30) provided with an output shaft (31) that is coupled with an upper surface or a lower surface of a lamp unit (20), where the shaft is movable forward and backward with respect to a lamp body (11), and rotates about an axis, which runs in a vertical direction. A pivot pin section is formed by a concave section (16a) and a ball part (21), and is coupled with the upper surface and/or the lower surface. The pivot pin section retains the lamp unit over a single pivot pin to allow tilting of the lamp unit in vertical and horizontal directions.
