The method involves extracting dental arch projection data corresponding to dental arch of a person from x-ray projection data, received by x-ray computer tomography, based on predetermined position and shape information that specifies position and the shape of the dental arch in the x-ray projection data. Panorama tomogram is produced by implementing a predetermined process using the dental arch projection data.
