The pump (1) has a pump body delimiting a working chamber provided with pinions , and a dampening device (2) dampening pulses that are produced in a hydraulic fluid i.e. oil, intake path (3). A transversal sectioned fluid flow restrictor (5) restricts the path that is associated to a capacitive effect volume (6), where the volume is arranged in a place that is enclosed of rigid metallic parts. The restrictor is situated in an upstream of a capacity that is provided with a strongly variable volume. The capacity is formed by an elastic deformable hollow body that contains air.
