The system (21) has measuring devices (22) mounted on balancing valves. Each device has a communication unit (28) to allow the transfer of data from a differential pressure transducer (23) towards a portable computer (29). The computer has a reception unit to receive the transmitted data and a calculation unit to calculate a value of flow of each valve according to a differential pressure value measured by the transducer and specific data such as diameter, at each valve previously memorized in the calculation unit. The computer has a screen (31) for visualizing the value of flow of each valve.
