The device has main parts including two belt loops (1) in its upper part to receive a belt (8) and permitting the device to be disintegrated. Maintenance unit at the thigh has extensions (5) leaving from a lower part of the device and extending towards a bottom from both sides of lower part of the pocket. The extensions are curved along a horizontal direction and envelop a leg in order to maintain the device applied on the body, at bottom point of the pocket. Additional pocket (4) is sewed on an outer panel of the device.
