The device has a cylindrical box shaped case (12) including two air inlets and outlets (16, 14, 19, 23) that are connected to an air intake splitter and respective cooling radiator`s outlet (17) and inlet (22), respectively. The case encloses a rotary slide valve (26) that is movable between two positions for directly orienting air from a turbocompressor of an overcharged heat engine i.e. overcharged oil engine, of a motor vehicle to the splitter or by using the radiator. The case has an inner cylindrical wall (24) that defines a central opening traversing an assembly of the case.
