The mattress has flanges (4) of different diameters and different pressures arranged inside an independent waterproofed flexible cover (5) and permitting flexible scheduling according to morphology of a user or body area to be preserved. The flanges are provided with inflating end fittings inserted in thickness of the cover, where the end fittings permit to individually inflate by a normal inflator through joining. The cover has a lateral inundation (6) folded on top of the end fittings.
