The joint (10) has a metal plate (14) comprising an opening and a housing (18) with variable volume around the opening. The housing has a unit (26) for variation of volume, where the unit stops reduction of volume to a non-null minimum value. The unit receives an elastic insert (20) that acts against the reduction of volume. The unit has a semi-enclosed fold (22) whose edge (24) is at a non-null distance (E) from the plate. The fold has a circular shape and is provided on the edge. A stopper (28) is provided at a level of a part facing the edge of the fold.
