Concentrated phytosanitary formulation comprises an active phytosanitary product; a solvent system comprising at least two solvents comprising solvents containing alkyl acetate of which alkyl group comprises at least 3 carbon atoms, a sulfoxide, and a ketone; optionally at least an emulsifying agent, preferably a surfactant; and optionally water. An independent claim is included for a solvent composition comprising a mixture of solvents comprising alkyl acetate solvent (20-70 wt.%, preferably 30-50 wt.%); sulfoxide (20-70 wt.%, preferably 25-45 wt.%); and ketone solvent (10-60 wt.%, preferably 15-35 wt.%).
