The device has a parallelepiped case (1) with four sides (C1-C4) and two openings opposite to a front side and a rear side, where the openings are symmetrical with respect to a vertical transversal median plane of the sides. The case has two printed paper ribbons with printed bands stuck against each other by ends. The ribbons have text (4) at back and images (3) at front and are fixed on rods (5a, 5b) contained in the case. The rods have two rotational axles parallel to each other permitting a reading by dynamic rotational movement of one of the rods.
