The element i.e. metallic base (6), has immobilizing units immobilizing a base plate (61) on a bone i.e. tibia, of a patient. The units have studs (64) that are extended with respect to a lower surface (63) of the plate, and a lug forms an anchoring shaft. The studs have a part (65) that forms a pointed end penetrated in the bone and another end part (66) that forms an intermediate spacer provided between the part (65) and the plate. The part (66) has a minimum transversal area that is higher than a maximum transversal area of the part (65).
