Pharmaceutical composition in the form of a tablet that disintegrates in less than 3 minutes comprises 1-60 wt.% domperidone, 20-90 wt.% diluent, 0.01-5 wt.% humectant and 0.1-15 wt.% disintegrant. An independent claim is also included for producing a composition as above by mixing the ingredients, optionally sieving the mixture, ooptionally adding a lubricant and compressing the mixture. ACTIVITY : Antiemetic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
