The device has a verification unit for verifying an identifier comprising a directory registration number and a mail address of a voter. An emitter sends Internet address containing a random identifier that is generated if conditions in the former identifier are satisfied. A connection unit connects the voter with web pages for allowing the voter to convey his vote. An erasing unit erases a link between the identifiers, and replaces the link by a pointer preventing another vote using the former identifier. The erasing unit erases the latter identifier to assure anonymity of conveyed vote.
