Rubber composition (A) comprises at least a diene elastomer, a reinforcing filler and a plasticizing system comprising a hydrocarbonated plasticizing resin whose glass transition temperature is higher than 0[deg] C, and a tri- or pyromellitate ester compound (I). Rubber composition (A) comprises at least a diene elastomer, a reinforcing filler and a plasticizing system comprising a hydrocarbonated plasticizing resin whose glass transition temperature is higher than 0[deg] C, and a tri- or pyromellitate ester compound of formula (I). R : hydrocarbon radical (preferably 1-15C alkyl, 6-30C aryl, 6-30C aralkyl or 6-30C alkaryl); and R1 : H (preferred) or COOR.
