The device has a bracket (16) with deformable connecting legs (18a, 18b) having two successive sections (20a, 20b, 22a, 22b) delimiting a curve (23a, 23b) in which initial curve is suitable to orient deformation of the legs during compression of the legs by bringing two ends of legs closer. One of the ends of each leg is connected to a wall (14), and the other end is connected to a fixation plate (19) on a structure of a vehicle, where the wall and the bracket are made of plastic material. A rectilinear traction tab (30) connects the legs, and has resistance to traction.
