The device has a guide tube (9) integrated to an external body (8), and an annular blind chamber (10) defined by the guide tube. A supply conduit (11) supplies a control fluid to the chamber by a bore (14), a supply opening (13) and a sealing unit i.e. annular sealing joint (15). The sealing joint is carried against a longitudinal wall of the bore and against a longitudinal wall of the supply conduit. The supply opening is located inside the bore of the guide tube.
