The assembly has an extra-discal ligament (40) placed behind an intervertebral space and limiting displacement between three adjacent vertebrae (10, 20, 30) in a direction of intervertebral flexion. An extra-discal elastic pad (42) is independent of the extra-discal ligament and compressed during lordosis of the vertebrae to control the lordosis. A detachable connection unit (48) is placed between the extra-discal ligament and the elastic pad.
