The device has a set of disks, where each disk is perforated at a center (9) and represents duration transmission of television or movie. The disk is marked with two crossed lines (1). The disk is encircled with a green color line (2) that represents fine images of fewer diameters to show four ends of the crossed lines. The disk is encircled with a large red color band (3) that represents violence images of small diameter to show the green color line. The disk has shutters (4, 5) sliding with respect to each other for showing the band, and male and female parts maintain and rotate the disks.
