PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterogeneous catalyst, for use in a conversion reaction of an olefinic unsaturated compound, which has a high catalytic activity, is cost-effective, is easy to handle safely, and can be reutilized by recycling in a heterogeneous hydroformylation reaction and to provide a process for producing a derivative of an olefinic unsaturated compound, which can lower a production cost and can lower an environmental load, and a process for producing an aldehyde and an amine.;SOLUTION: The olefinic unsaturated compound is subjected to a conversion reaction in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst in which a carrier composed of an oxide of one or more metals selected from group 5 to group 10 transition metals (for example, Co3O4) is made to support a group 11 transition metal (for example, Au). The conversion reaction is carried out under conditions of a pressure of not less than 2 Mpa and a temperature of 70 to 200°C while introducing a synthesis gas containing H2 and CO.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
