PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immobilizing a filament complex formed by reacting a RecA-like homologous recombinant protein with a single-stranded probe DNA, and a method for measuring the homology of a base sequence by measuring label strength given by labeling process in order to certainly perform hybridization between the single-stranded probe DNA immobilized on a substrate and a double-stranded target DNA in a method for detecting homologous pairing using the RecA-like homologous recombinant protein.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for performing hybridization between a filament complex immobilized on a substrate and a double-stranded target DNA on the substrate, wherein the method comprises: a step (a) of forming the filament complex by reacting at least one kind of the RecA-like homologous recombinant protein with at least one kind of the single-stranded DNA probe immobilized on the substrate; and a step (b) of inducing homologous pairing and strand-exchanging reaction by mixing the double-stranded target DNA. Also, provided is an immobilizing substrate therefor, and a method for detecting or quantitating the homology of the double-stranded target DNA comprising such method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
