PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen filling equipment for a hydrogen storage alloy container capable of cooling the container efficiently when the container is filled with hydrogen. PSOLUTION: The hydrogen filling equipment is equipped at least with piping 14 to supply hydrogen to the hydrogen storage alloy container 1 and a cooling part consisting of passage(s) 11 to admit the passing of a refrigerant for cooling the container 1 and formed surrounding the space in which the container 1 is installed with the passages 11. The equipment is configured so that a thermally conductive material such as a metal sphere 12 or the like having a good thermal conductivity is interposed between the passages 11 to admit the passing of refrigerant and the container 1 so as to perform the cooling of the container 1.
