PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a fact sheet with reduced costs and in a shorter period of time.;SOLUTION: This real estate advertisement information processing system is configured, in broadly divided outline, by connecting a client personal computer 102 as a computer to be operated by a request origin; a fact sheet generation server 101 for creating a so-called "MAISOKU" which is a sheet on which real estate to let or advertisement information on real estate for sale is described, being one example of a fact sheet as real estate advertisement information; a map database 110 and a layout database 111 for providing data necessary for generating the fact sheet; and a WEB server 103 as the portal of the fact sheet generation server 101, through a network or the like.
