PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun-tracking reflecting device which includes a simple rotating mechanism of reflecting mirror so as to trace the sun and is of low cost, and which is easy to carry out maintenance.;SOLUTION: In the sun-tracking reflecting device, a reflecting mirror side gear 7, on which a reflecting mirror 5 is installed in the gear shaft and has a gear ratio of 1:2 with a sensor side gear 6 is combined with the sensor side gear 6, which rotates by receiving a drive force from a drive source to drive, based on the output from a sensor for detecting the direction of the sun; and a drive force transmission means 4 which transmits the drive force to the reflecting mirror side gear 7 from the sensor side gear 6 and rotation operates the reflecting mirror 5 is provided.
