PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging service system which performs charging in units of users, and to provide a charging service station and an electric vehicle. PSOLUTION: A charging service system 1 consists of a charging service station 3 for charging an electric vehicle 2 and the battery 202 of an electric vehicle 2 through a power line 5, and an accounting server 4 for charging the charging fee. The electric vehicle 2 has a first communication means performing power line communication, and a user information acquisition means for acquiring information on a user to be charged, the first communication means transmits the user information to the charging service station 3, the charging service station 3 has a second communication means performing power line communication, the second communication means receives user information from the electric vehicle 2, and the accounting server 4 charges the charging fee for each user based on the user information and the amount of charge.
