MUSHROOM BED CULTURE PRODUCT OF LYOPHYLLUM SHIMEJI

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom bed culture product enabling stable production of Lyophyllum shimeji in large-scaled commercial culture, and to provide a mushroom bed culturing method of Lyophyllum shimeji, using the culture product. PSOLUTION: This mushroom bed culture product of Lyophyllum shimeji is inoculated with liquid spawn, and has a liquid spawn inoculation part and a liquid spawn non-inoculation part on a fungus seat of the upper part of a culture medium. The culturing method of Lyophyllum shimeji includes generating carpophores from the culture product. Since a formation rate of young carpophores is improved in mushroom bed culture of Lyophyllum shimeji, the stable production of Lyophyllum shimeji becomes possible in large-scaled commercial culture.
