PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that an instrument causing a toy such as a doll to return to an original position such as onto a table without falling onto a floor when the toy such as a doll leaves the hand is demanded as an aid of a toy for a dementia-progressed parson, a physically-disabled person or an infant, and in the case of satisfying this demand by using a string, the smaller the power applied to the string is, the more conveniently a user can use the string, and therefore, because different toys have different weights, a string allowing adjustment of power applied thereto is desired.;SOLUTION: A weight is mounted at the end of the string which is put through a hole opened in a plate. The plate equips a bottom-up plate and a clasp so that the string does not touch the table when the plate is placed on the table. In addition, the plate edges are rounded so that the toy like a doll is not caught by them. When the toy like a doll attached at the end of the string leaves the hand, it does not drop on a floor but returns to the original position on the plate by using the weight of the weight. If the weight is adjusted to be as heavy as or a little heavier than the doll or the like, no useless power is required.
