PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide confectionery mixed with an eggshell membrane, prevented from deterioration and oxidation caused by moisture absorption of an eggshell membrane, and capable of sufficiently exhibiting various excellent effects which an egg membrane has, such as skin amelioration, hair restoration, hair growth increase, hair loss prevention, amelioration and prevention of diseases and defective body symptoms, activation of a living body, health promotion, and health maintenance. PSOLUTION: The confectionery is mixed with eggshell membrane powder which is coated with caramel.
