PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rattle from occurring in the case of installation of a floor panel in a wrong direction, by disabling the installation of the floor panel in a direction different from a normal installation direction; and to enable diverse materials to be used for the floor panel.;SOLUTION: In this double floor structure, the floor panel 20 is supported at a predetermined length on a foundation floor surface 100 by a supporting leg 10; a space 200 is formed between the foundation floor surface 100 and the floor panel 20; a protruding portion 23 and a recessed portion 25 are provided on the side surface of the floor panel 20; and the protruding portion 23 or recessed portion 25 of the floor panel 20 is fitted to the recessed portion 25 or protruding portion 23 of another floor panel 20, so that the installation direction of the floor panel 20 can be regulated with respect to the other floor panel 20. The protruding portion 23 provided on the side surface of the floor panel 20 is composed of a separate direction regulating body 22.
