PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receipt processing system, an assuror allocation management device, a receipt processing system and an assuror allocation management method for leveling a capacity to be stored in every data storage server and the number of assurors to be allocated to every data storage server. PSOLUTION: In a receipt processing system, a data distribution server 21 equally allocates assurors to data storage servers 22a to 22n by applying a rank (scale-categorized rank identification) to each assuror according to the scale (the number of items of assuror-categorized dealing or the number of assured persons within a fixed period), and determines the storage destination of image data concerning the receipt of every assuror with respect to respective data storage servers 22a to 22n according to the order of rank in every prescribed period.
