PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination form-interior primary coat heat insulating panel, having an excellent heat insulating property and, also to provide a construction method for reinforced concrete structure using it.;SOLUTION: This heat insulating panel includes: a heat insulating plate 1 made of synthetic resin foam body; and a plurality of compound reinforcing materials 2 disposed on one side thereof, wherein the compound reinforcing materials 2 are fitted in a recessed groove of the heat insulating plate, and further auxiliary heat insulating bodies 3 having such a thickness as to reach the surfaces of the compound reinforcing materials are provided on both sides of the compound reinforcing materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
