PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user terminal to receive the provision of video distribution to deal with various quality measuring methods in accordance with the setting methods of videos and quickly notify the provider and viewer of the measured result of quality.;SOLUTION: A quality measuring management system measures and manages the quality of a video distributed from a video distribution means to one or more user terminals on each user terminal, and comprises a quality measuring management means that forms information about the quality measurement capability with which each user terminal is caused to execute a quality measurement in accordance with the setting method of a video to be distributed to each user terminal based on information about the distributed video indicative of the setting method of the video to be distributed from the video distributing means to each user terminal and provides this information to each user terminal and a quality measuring result management means that manages the measured result of the quality measured on each user terminal using the information about the quality measurement capability for each user terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
